Introducing the Prague apartment

Rocksure Property is delighted to announce that the Capital Fund has acquired a spectacular apartment in the centre of Prague.

The Rocksure’s Capital Fund can now offer shareholders a spacious apartment overlooking the River Vltava with magnificent views of Prague Castle. This two bedroom, two bathroom 242 sqm (2,605 sft) apartment boasts a large living/dining room and a guest bathroom in a stunning location a few minutes from the Old Town.

The apartment is currently being refurbished and furnished and will be available to Rocksure Shareholders from May.

Shareholders will now have the use of apartments located in Paris, Barcelona, Florence and Prague and two more destinations will be announced in a couple of weeks.

Full units are available at €115,000 and entitle investors to between 14 and 25 nights a year rent-free at their choice of properties for the full life of the fund which will be 10 years.

Crystal Fund Launched

Rocksure’s Directors have put the finishing touches to their third international villa fund, the Crystal Fund. Mirroring the key principles of the previous Alpha and Bravo Funds, which have now totalled combined investments of over £12million, Rocksure has been careful to address shareholders’ feedback and as such are introducing four new destinations to be part of the Crystal Fund; Provence, St Lucia, Corfu and Andalucía alongside favourites Marrakech and the Algarve.
