"A House for All Seasons" is a programme where a small number of
like-minded people buy a share of a company which owns six splendid,
well staffed properties (average value around £1 Million) in six glamorous
destinations around the world which combine to offer a choice of
spring, summer, autumn and winter sunshine, plus top-class skiing
and golf. It is very important to note that the investors have full ownership of all the properties, and that Rocksure Property does literally all the work; buying, renovating, furnishing, staffing and maintaining. There's no need for the Shareholders to do anything other than to write a cheque for a fraction of the cost of a house of their own...and to start planning their holidays in six of the worlds' most glamorous destinations. Shareholders are entitled to an average of 4 weeks rent-free each year at their houses (those wanting more can buy a second Unit of investment) with no expenses to pay at the properties except for food and drink and any additional staff required.
The Rocksure Property Alpha Fund closed in July
2007 with more than £5.7 million in subscriptions and five of the
properties purchased are shown on this page. The Bravo Fund is now
open for investment and has achieved its First Closing with nearly
