The Rocksure Concept
Rocksure pioneered the concept of joint ownership and enjoyment of multiple overseas properties in 2006 and, since then, well over 130 High Net Worth individuals have invested in the different Rocksure Funds.
Between them, the Shareholders have joint ownership of 100% of the real estate through a company and invest not only for enjoyment of the properties but also for capital gain at the end of the life of the fund when all the properties are sold and proceeds are returned to Shareholders.
Shareholders enjoy the use of their choice of the staffed properties at any time, subject to availability. The market value of the weeks creates a significant tax-beneficial yearly return.
It really doesn’t make sense to spend a million pounds on buying a wholly owned property in a single location, and to bear all the annual costs, when one can buy shared ownership of a number of properties at a fraction of the cost of any one of them and have none of the worry.
The fund and its Advisers and staff do literally all the work.
