Rocksure property Funds
There are two distinct types of Rocksure Funds: four and five bedroom fully-staffed exclusive villas with pools in five or six glamorous locations around the world, truly ‘A House for All Seasons’, and ten spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury apartments and town houses in central locations in Europe’s most exciting cities. Shareholders in each Fund can use all the Rocksure properties through the InterFund Programme.
Rocksure Villas
The Rocksure Villa Funds provides an opportunity for a small number of likeminded High and Ultra High Net Worth individuals to buy shares in a company which will own a number of splendid fully-staffed villas in glamorous destinations which combine to offer a choice of spring, summer, autumn and winter sunshine so, truly, ‘A House for All Seasons’
Crystal Fund
- Villas: St. Lucia - Provence - The Algarve - Andalucia - Corfu - Marrakech
- Status: Open
This Fund will own six splendid fully-staffed exclusive Villas in great locations around the World. Theproperties will be of the same standard as the Alpha and Bravo Fund properties shown on this website. There are currently a handful of Founder Shares left, which entitle you to a large discount off the subscription price. All the Rocksure Properties are available for you to use as soon as you become a Shareholder.
Bravo Fund
- Villas: Villas: Thailand – Croatia – The Algarve – Colorado – Marrakech
- Status: Closed
All of the Fund’s exclusive fully-staffed Villas have already been purchased and are available for Shareholders’ enjoyment. The Funds have been able to buy extremely well and photographs of these are shown on the following pages. All these properties can be used by Shareholders in all the Rocksure Funds.
Alpha Fund
- Villas: New York – Brazil – The Algarve – Colorado – Marrakech
- Status: Closed
Rocksure’s first Fund closed in 2007 and Shareholders have been enjoying their fully-staffed exclusive villas and apartment since then. Details and photographs of these are shown on the following pages. All these properties can be used by Shareholders in all the Rocksure Funds.
Rocksure Apartments and Town Houses
The many countries of Europe together comprise the richest tapestry of history, art, architecture, music, literature and culture of any continent on the planet and those who set out to explore this great diversity will earn huge rewards. Equally rewarding, perhaps, is the diversity of the people and their way of life: the food and wine and restaurants; the shops and all the different styles and fashions; the music and the night-life.
Capital Fund

A portfolio of spacious (minimum 1600sft / 150 sm) luxuriously furnished, centrally-located apartments and town houses in 10 of the most attractive and interesting cities in Europe.
Interfund Programme
As a Shareholder in any of the Rocksure Funds, you will be able to book holidays at all of the properties owned by the Rocksure Funds as well under the Inter-Fund Booking Programme.
This opens up the whole world of Rocksure to you and your family to enjoy.
Partner Properties
The World is a large place and there will be areas which are attractive for a holiday but where Rocksure does not have a house. These may be places where Rocksure Funds may not want to own a house due to political or legal concerns for example, or because little growth in property values is expected, yet which are still rewarding to visit for a holiday.
We do not want a Shareholding in a Rocksure Fund to be a limiting factor in exploring the world and would like an investment in a Rocksure Fund to allow you to explore as many places as possible.
We have therefore introduced a “Partner Properties” programme. The properties in the scheme will be of a high quality situated anywhere in the world, and owned by private individuals who have a connection with Rocksure can join the programme and offer their properties on a win - win basis to Rocksure Shareholders.
Partner Properties are only available to Shareholders of Rocksure Funds and only they will be able to see all of the details of the houses and apartments on a private website.

Rocksure’s Directors have put the finishing touches to their third international villa fund, the Crystal Fund. Mirroring the key principles of the previous Alpha and Bravo Funds, which have now totalled combined investments of over £12million, Rocksure has been careful to address shareholders’ feedback and as such are introducing four new destinations to be part of the Crystal Fund; Provence, St Lucia, Corfu and Andalucía alongside favourites Marrakech and the Algarve.
