Each Rocksure property will consist of around 150 sq.m./1500 sq. ft of personal space and offer a minimum of  two double bedrooms and bathrooms, a good-sized and very comfortable living room with wide-screen TV, DVD... etc., a dining area and a kitchen. There may well be a study or similar, perhaps with a roll-away bed. There will always be high-speed internet access and there may be other services available in the building.

Every property will be professionally managed on behalf of the Fund and services will include daily cleaning – bed making, washing up and general cleaning. On arrival at the property at an agreed time, guests will be met and shown around, told how everything works and supplied with keys. The kitchen will be stocked with a range of breakfast items at the start of your stay. Staff will not normally be supplied to prepare and serve breakfast, but this service can be supplied if requested in advance. Catering can also be supplied for lunch and dinner, of course.

The Fund’s aim is to match the services offered by a 5-star hotel to the greatest degree possible which is just about everything one can think of except ‘room service’. Each property will be supported by a professional Concierge Service which will arrange everything from a limousine to a massage or beauty treatment, from a theatre ticket or restaurant reservation to a swimming pool or fitness centre, from a hairdressing appointment to same-day dry cleaning.
