Rocksure - Crystal Fund

The Crystal Fund is the latest of the Rocksure Villa Funds, successor to Alpha and Bravo.

The formula remains the same: joint ownership of six splendid 4 or 5 bedroom houses, all with private pools and pretty gardens, in six great locations around the world which combine to make ‘A House for All Seasons’.

All of the houses will have  a spacious ground floor with a large living room and maybe a dining room, study or games room as well; a terrace for lunches and dinners or for reading quietly in the shade; a good-sized swimming pool and a pretty garden. All will be fitted with a wide-screen TV, DVD and music system, and will have a well-equipped home office, too.

A distinctive feature of Rocksure’s Villa Funds is that every house has a Housekeeper/Cook who manages the house and caters, cooks and serves breakfast plus lunch or dinner on six days each week. The idea is to make sure that all the members of the family are able to have a real holiday. Maids are provided, too, as necessitated by the size of the party, and there is a part-time gardener who also takes care of the pool. So, you will be well looked after – indeed, you will scarcely have to lift a finger.

As is customary with all Rocksure Funds, there is a small number of Crystal Founders’ Shares available for those who are able to act quickly: in the case of the Crystal Fund, it is a discount of £12,000 per Full Unit of investment and there are still some Units available.
